[Hiring] Marketing Operations Manager @Zywave

Role Description

Zywave is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems and processes behind our demand generation engine. In this role, you'll own campaign operations end to end across our marketing technology stack.

• Build and execute campaigns in Marketo
• Manage lead routing and scoring into Salesforce
• Ensure attribution reporting reflects what's actually driving pipeline
• Manage platform configurations
• Build reporting dashboards for marketing and sales leadership
• Partner closely with sales, product, and RevOps to keep execution on schedule and data clean

This is a builder's role. Beyond running campaigns well, you'll shape the processes that let us scale:

• Tightening workflows
• Establishing data governance
• Finding what to automate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable systems role
• Hands-on proficiency with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfort working in data - segmentation, campaign reporting, and KPI analysis
• Ability to translate technical detail into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience and certifications

Requirements

• Own campaign operations across Marketo, Salesforce, and connected digital channels
• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and lifecycle stage logic
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance benchmarks
• Conduct UAT and troubleshoot issues across integrated platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and RevOps on campaign execution and data integrity
• Improve and document scalable marketing operations processes
