Role Description
We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the calm, organized backbone of our marketing engine.

Own the project boards, production calendars, cross-team handoffs, email program, reporting, and day-to-day operational rhythm.

Ensure the status of every initiative is known without having to ask.

Manage the website's production calendar, scoping requests, and booking necessary hours.

Orchestrate the people who execute creative or technical tasks.

Focus on systems, checklists, automated workflows, and email marketing.

Work directly with the Marketing Team Lead, Content Marketing Manager, designers, developers, QA team, and AI engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

Own Monday.com and Notion; build, maintain, and improve marketing boards.

Own the email program in HubSpot; build and send newsletters, nurture sequences, and lifecycle automations.

Book and coordinate developer, designer, and QA hours.
-
Run production workflows across various platforms.
-
Build and run workflow automations using various tools.
-
Manage the website production pipeline.
-
Maintain the marketing tech stack and document integrations.
-
Own reporting; keep dashboards current and trustworthy.

Run the operational rhythm with regular status updates and audits.
Qualifications
-
3β6 years in marketing operations, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or project coordination.

Deep expertise in HubSpot and email marketing.
-
Genuine fluency with workflow automation tools.
-
Fluency in Monday.com and Notion.
-
Comfortable with Webflow at the CMS level.
-
Strong project management instincts.
-
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Calm under pressure and self-driven.
-
Advanced proficiency in English.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
Nice-To-Have (Not Required)

Experience inside an agency or studio environment.

HubSpot certifications.

Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude MCPs, or other LLM-driven automation.

Experience with podcast or video production workflows.

SEO operational support experience.

Experience managing freelancers and external vendors.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for QA of developer-built pages.
