Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager, Emerging Brands to own and scale growing halal consumer brands within the Crescent Foods ecosystem. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can think strategically and execute quickly across retail, digital, and community channels. You will be responsible for building brand presence, driving product movement, and creating meaningful connections with our customers. This position typically works traditional hours, but occasionally may need to work over to successfully meet customersβ needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Own and execute the marketing strategy for Emerging Brands

Define positioning, messaging, and campaign direction

Build and manage a clear growth roadmap

Support retail expansion through in-store activations and merchandising

Partner with sales teams to drive velocity and promotions

Develop retail-ready marketing materials

Manage and optimize websites and landing pages

Improve conversion through product storytelling, bundles, and promotions

Oversee email and SMS marketing strategies

Lead content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Ensure a consistent and elevated brand voice

Collaborate on content creation (photo, video, campaigns)

Plan and execute local activations (mosques, sponsorships, schools, community events)

Build grassroots brand awareness and loyalty

Manage partnerships and collaborations

Work closely with Crescent Foods marketing and leadership for all crossover functions

Align on campaigns, product launches, and shared initiatives

Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates year-round
Qualifications

4β8 years of experience in CPG, retail, or consumer brand marketing

Bachelor's degree is required

Proven experience building or scaling a consumer brand

Strong understanding of back-end websites, Shopify / e-commerce ecosystems

Experience in social media strategy and content that converts

Background in event or grassroots marketing is a strong plus

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Strong communication, ownership mindset, and execution skills
