Role Description
The Marketing Team Lead is a member of the revenue team responsible for supporting the successful marketing, sales, and service of the First Line Technology solution portfolio. This position leads Marketing team members in the execution of new ideas, methods, and strategies for marketing CBRNe solutions and trainings. This role enables company sales, retention, and growth initiatives by:

Researching target markets (sizes, trends, opportunities, etc)

Generating qualified leads

Leading promotion and advertising efforts

Supervising events and trade shows

Managing content development and organization
Qualifications
-
At least 3 years’ marketing experience in a relevant B2B / B2G field or industry
-
At least 1 year in a management role preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field

Knowledge of production responsibilities, systems and procedures
-
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience being a “player-coach”—leading and building a team while contributing to initiatives

Proven experience generating business results using marketing strategies
-
Mastery of lead management and nurturing principles

Knowledge of graphic, content, and web design principles

Awareness of product management principles

Ability to translate technical concepts into content for non-technical audiences

Robust creative, analytical, and organizational skills
-
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite, content management software, marketing automation software, campaign management software, and social media

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be able to interact professionally with people in culturally diverse situations

Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred

Able to travel at least 10% to successfully perform the duties of the role

Ensures compliance of all relevant procedures with ISO 9001 and ITAR requirements
