Role Description
As a Marketing Manager at exnaton, you will join our 30 people team and shape the company and its vision from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in building and executing exnaton’s (digital) marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation to support our growth. Now that we've established an initial customer base, the focus is on scaling up, requiring the establishment of the right go-to-market strategy and processes. Therefore, we are seeking an addition to our team who will support us in the following areas:
- Develop, implement and continuously refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, performance metrics and industry trends;
- Managing and optimizing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing to increase website traffic and generate high-quality B2B leads;
- Enhancing our online visibility and brand presence through our website and content marketing;
- Managing our social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking;
- Managing public relations campaigns, including media screening and organic outreach;
- Orchestrating exnaton’s presence at international trade shows and events;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and external partners, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives;
- Analyze marketing campaigns performance to measure effectiveness, create detailed reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization;
- Create compelling content, design visuals, and maintain a strong and professional marketing presence;
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within small marketing teams or in projects with clear accountability;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, performance metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different customer and stakeholder personas;
- Hands-on experience with graphical design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva as well as basic experience in video creation and editing for digital campaigns would be a big plus;
- Fluent in English (fluency in other languages are a significant plus);
- A team player and feels comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
