[Hiring] Marketing Creator Intern @Playrix

Role Description

We are launching a Marketing Creator internship program. As part of the internship, you'll join Playrix's Marketing Creatives team, one of the strongest teams not only in gaming but across the performance marketing industry. The team experiments with new formats, creates game creatives, and sets trends across the industry.

We are looking for talented people at the start of their careers who are eager to immerse themselves in their chosen field, develop their skills, and grow with the company. The internship is paid, and top performers will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix.

Tasks

• Stage 1: Internship (2 months)
• You'll master the tools and processes our team uses—from the classics (After Effects, Blender, Unity) to AI tools.
• You'll brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends alongside the team.
• You'll create your own creatives under the guidance of experienced colleagues, using the tools you've learned.
• You'll analyze the performance of launched creatives with the team and pitch ideas for new iterations.
• If you complete the internship successfully, you will move on to Stage 2: Probation period with a product team
• You'll start independently creating creatives for a specific product.
• You'll analyze launch results together with the team.
• You'll pitch ideas for new creatives and future iterations.
• The most successful interns will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix!

Qualifications

• Experience in video production
• Creative thinking and script-writing skills for video content
• Experience with AI tools
• An interest in game marketing, video advertising, and storytelling
