Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Marketing Creative Producer to join our Marketing Creative team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between high-level creative strategy and execution, driving the production of high-impact marketing assets for our top-grossing mobile games. You will play a pivotal role in translating marketing insights into concrete creative concepts.

Translate the departmentβs strategy into actionable briefs by personally creating gameplay ideation mockups, game mechanics wireframes, and AI vibe-coded prototypes to visually define the narrative, hooks, and psychological triggers for all video and static creatives.

Partner with Art and Animation Leads to oversee the implementation of concepts, providing creative direction and vision while relying on the Leads to manage technical execution and artistic quality.

Work closely with Project Managers to align creative concepts with production capacity and timelines, ensuring a seamless workflow from ideation to delivery.

Analyze creative performance reports (provided by the UA team) to extract actionable insights, refining future briefs and optimizing for KPIs like IPM and CTR.

Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to identify new trends, mechanics, and visual styles that can be adapted into our creative roadmap.

Drive a continuous feedback loop, actively managing the iteration process and creating variations of winning concepts to maximize longevity and scale.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Creative Producer or Marketing Strategy role within the mobile gaming or performance marketing industry.

Proven experience writing detailed creative briefs for design and animation teams.

Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (CTR, IPM, ROAS, Retention) and the ability to interpret data to drive creative decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas to both artistic and technical teams.

Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.

Fluent English (written and spoken) - essential for brief writing.
Requirements

Proven knowledge and usage examples with advanced AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).

Experience working on Casual, Puzzle, Hypercasual or Social Casino titles.

Background in User Acquisition or Product Marketing.
