Key Responsibilities

Creative and Marketing Responsibilities
-
Create and edit marketing visuals for tradeshows, client presentations, social media, advertisements, and special events.

Develop content and support materials for various marketing initiatives.

Participate in strategy sessions to align creative assets with business objectives.

Collaborate with department leads to support internal requests and campaigns.

Project Management & Execution
-
Administer design projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand standards.

Respond to feedback and make revisions in a timely and professional manner.

Client & Team Engagement

Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Adapt communication style to effectively work with diverse individuals across the organization.

Represent CAI professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 3β5 years of experience in graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.

Excellent InDesign, Canva, print media skills, and video editing skills.

Strong experience in social media and digital design.

Ability to adapt to constant change and manage competing priorities.

BS/BA degree preferred.
Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
