As our Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Events
-
Own end-to-end event coordination, budget tracking, logistics, booth design, material sourcing, and travel bookings.

Develop event briefs, coordinate stakeholder preparation, and execute pre-event content across channels in both English and French.

Be present on-site at events and own post-event operations, CRM attribution, follow-up coordination, and ROI reporting.

Demand Generation & Campaigns

Execute campaign assets as briefed by the Marketing Manager; email copy, ad creatives, social content, and landing page copy.

Monitor campaigns in HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and other active platforms; track and report on CPL, MQL, and conversion metrics.

Support email, LinkedIn, and ABM campaign execution; assist with A/B testing setup, performance monitoring, and documentation of learnings.

Content & Social

Own the social media calendar, coordinating all bilingual content, scheduling, and performance reporting.

Project manage content production: blogs, case studies, thought leadership; coordinating with internal SMEs and ensuring on-schedule publication.

Support product and feature launch campaigns by executing content and asset production based on briefs from the Marketing Manager.

Reporting & Operations

Maintain lead tracking and campaign attribution in HubSpot; ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting across campaigns.

Build and maintain regular performance reports covering events, demand gen, social, and email.

Maintain the master marketing calendar and support general marketing operations, such as merch, swag, client gifts, printing, and shipping logistics.
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

Full professional bilingualism in English and French, written and spoken.

Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Proven track record managing events end-to-end and representing the brand directly with prospects and partners.

Proven ability to manage multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Solid grasp of core B2B marketing metrics: CPL, MQL, conversion rate, event ROI.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Requirements

Experience working in a cybersecurity company, familiarity with technical and security-conscious buyers.

Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or Google Analytics.

Basic design proficiency in Canva for producing or adapting event and campaign assets.

Preference for candidates resident in Quebec or Ontario.
