[Hiring] Marketing Coordinator @Staffstream

Role Description

Staffstream is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a small group of two related Australian healthcare businesses, both led by the same Director: an established dental clinic serving a local patient community, and a growing medical education academy built around the Director's personal brand and professional authority in the medical education space.

These two brands need genuinely different things. The clinic needs a consistent, trust-building local presence. The academy needs visibility, engagement, and a real content strategy to grow the Director's authority online, including a strong TikTok and short-form content game. You'd own the strategy and coordination for both, working closely with a Content Creator who produces the actual assets. The business has been burned before by a marketing hire with weak attention to detail, so precision and follow-through matter enormously here, as much as strategic thinking does. This role is open to candidates based in the Philippines.

What you will actually do

• Multi-entity marketing strategy:
  • Develop and maintain a distinct marketing strategy for each entity, the dental clinic and the academy.
  • Identify the ideal customer profile for each business, building audience segmentation and targeting frameworks.
  • Establish clear marketing processes, content calendars, and reporting structures for visibility.
• Academy and personal brand growth:
  • Lead the marketing strategy for the academy and the Director's personal brand.
  • Drive TikTok and short-form content strategy for the Director's brand.
• Dental clinic marketing:
  • Own the marketing strategy and execution for the dental clinic.
  • Develop and manage local area marketing activity and patient acquisition campaigns.
  • Oversee Google Business Profile management.
• Campaign management and execution:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across both entities.
  • Coordinate the content pipeline across both businesses.
• Performance tracking and reporting:
  • Track and report on marketing performance across both entities.
  • Use performance data to continuously refine strategy and content approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a marketing generalist with a real track record of developing and executing marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Deep fluency in social media marketing, with strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Proven ability to build and run strategies for two or more distinct brands or entities.
• Experience with performance tracking and marketing reporting.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Genuinely exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable directing and producing content yourself at an average-to-above-average level.

Nice to have

• Experience building a personal brand or influencer-style presence.
• Background in healthcare, medical education, dental, or another trust-sensitive consumer environment.
• Experience managing or running Meta advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Business Profile management, and local SEO.
• Experience briefing and coordinating outsourced content creators.
