[Hiring] Marketing Coordinator @Ameris Bank

Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing marketing and advertising strategies, tracking marketing requests and coordination of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities also include organization of key banking projects, including M&A, environmental branding and budget-tracking for the marketing department. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

• Coordinates marketing requests for the marketing department, including assigning requests to applicable team members, and ensuring requests are completed
• Oversees success of Ameris Bank Marketplace
• Oversees success Ameris Bank Outfitters
• Organizes key marketing initiatives such as Helping Fight Hunger, Ameris Bank Thanks, Small Business Month, Merchandising, branch upfits and M&A
• Assists in the organization and tracking of the advertising calendar
• Processes all marketing department invoices
• Maintains (or tracks) the overall marketing budget
• Establishes and ensures compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Facilitates as-needed requests

Qualifications

• Adobe Design and Microsoft Office suite proficiency
• Qualtrics proficiency
• Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant advertising, marketing and project management experience (advertising agency experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in marketing, mixed media, design or related field required
