We are seeking a high-initiative Marketing Coordinator to act as a central support engine for our marketing team. In this production-focused role, you will apply your foundational marketing knowledge to execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and ensure operational excellence across our digital presence. Responsibilities:

Multi-Channel Social Management:

Schedule and draft engaging social posts for LinkedIn, Medium, Substack, and Instagram using Sprout Social.

Campaign Logistics & UTM Hygiene:

Create and maintain precise UTM parameters for campaigns to ensure high-quality data and consistent reporting.

Paid Media & Advertising Support:

Set up and assist with ad campaigns when needed, providing support across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Task & Ticket Management:

Efficiently work through assigned Jira tickets, maintaining clear communication on project states and acceptance criteria.

Performance Reporting:

Pull weekly reports from GA4, LinkedIn, Meta, and Sprout to assist with performance assets and provide actionable insights.

AI-Enhanced Content Production:

Structure creative briefs into effective prompts for tools like Jasper and Claude, iterating to maintain brand voice and ensuring high-quality output for web and social platforms.

Event Coordination:

Manage timelines, vendor lists, and RSVPs for events, while ensuring all post-event recaps are completed.
Qualifications

You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

You possess a versatile understanding of digital marketing pillars, including how SEO, advertising, and content strategy work together to build a cohesive brand.

You are a strong writer and proofreader who can adapt your tone to suit different audiences and platforms.

You possess a project management mindset, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

You have experience navigating Jira or similar project management software.

You hold (or are excited to obtain) certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn Marketing.
Logistics

We are looking for someone that is able to work US Time zones (EST/CST/MST) that is based in US or Mexico with the ability to work remotely.

Must be authorized to work where you are located for any employer.
Location & Flexibility

We offer flexible work options. You can choose to work from our Cincinnati office or opt for 100% remote work if you reside in Mexico.
