Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator works with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement the day-to-day marketing strategy for our B2C/B2B marketing to reach departmental goals while completing our mission to lead people to achieve more, adapt and thrive in their careers.
- Implement and manage the day-to-day execution of B2C/B2B marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies
- Support the execution of creative assets for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategies and collateral for partners, agencies, contractors, and sales teams
- Build and schedule emails and SMS for various audiences within HubSpot
- Review referral and affiliate conversions for payment processing
- Manage relationships with existing partners, onboard new partners, and work with internal and external teams to support their growth and success
- Maintain a shared drive of assets and collateral for internal and external stakeholders
- Build and publish Zoom events on our website and integrate with HubSpot
- Provide general support for paid advertising, website maintenance and internal communications
- QA agency and contractor deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Some understanding of B2C and B2B marketing best practices
- Exceptional clear written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience
- Experience working with HubSpot, WordPress, and PMS
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive, can-do attitude with ability to problem solve
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
