Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s advertising, marketing and communications programs and initiatives in order to build brand awareness, increase physician referrals, etc. This position offers considerable opportunities to leverage and develop skills in market research, branding and project management. It is critical that this individual be highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Part of a team that develops, executes, tracks and measures advertising activities on behalf of FCS.

Support the director of marketing in the day-to-day management and tracking of all advertising and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with internal project coordinator and external agency partners and resources.

Obtain and track required approvals of creative, placements and budget expenditures.

Interact with multiple teams (both internally and externally) as needed.

Schedule and organize recurring meetings to facilitate marketing updates among team members and outside partners.

Demonstrated fundamental understanding of marketing/advertising campaign and creative development, execution and process is essential.

Requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet time-sensitive priorities.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing or related field.

5+ years experience in a marketing role.

Healthcare experience desired.

Digital marketing experience desired.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.

Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social and digital.

Self-starter able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
