Role Description

As our Marketing Campaign Specialist - DACH, you will:

Develop and execute field marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, aligning with business objectives across our 2 lines of business: Commerce, and Knowledge.
Manage industry events and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Adapt global campaigns for the German audience, ensuring cultural and language relevance.
Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff and maximize impact across different lines of business.
Leverage digital channels (email, paid media, webinars, social) to engage prospects in Commerce, Service, and Knowledge.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English, with 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Proven expertise in field marketing, event management, and campaign execution within the DACH region.
Hands-on experience driving multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and grow the pipeline.
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot).

Requirements

Experience managing trade shows and industry events.
Background in AI, eCommerce, customer service, or knowledge management technologies.
