Role Description
The Marketing Business Operations Specialist supports the Corporate Affairs organization by helping maintain the operational infrastructure that keeps the marketing function organized, efficient, and scalable. This role supports:

Renewal coordination

Procurement and invoice support

License and utilization tracking

Vendor performance monitoring

SharePoint administration

Process documentation

Cross-functional operational requests
This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to learn the marketing function, build business operations expertise, and develop a career path within Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Technology, or Project Management.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, operations, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, administrative support, vendor coordination, or a related function preferred.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, documents, trackers, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally and collaboratively across functions.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, shared files, and business documentation; Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet experience a plus.

Curious about marketing and motivated to learn how marketing operations, technology, vendors, reporting, and project management support business growth.

Demonstrates good judgment, accountability, follow-through, confidentiality, and a service-oriented approach to supporting internal stakeholders.

Technically capable, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools, systems, processes, and marketing operations practices.

Interest in building a career in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Technology, Project Management, or Vendor Management.

Benefits

Base compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

This role is eligible for commission or discretionary bonus consideration.
