Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, lead nurturing programs, and CRM automation. This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on turning marketing systems into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

You’ll work across:

• HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and other automation platforms
• Email marketing and nurture campaigns
• Lead scoring and lifecycle automation
• CRM integration and lead routing
• Audience segmentation and database management
• Campaign analytics and optimization

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing automation or marketing operations experience
• Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform:
• HubSpot
• Marketo
• Pardot (Account Engagement)
• ActiveCampaign
• Experience building:
• Automated workflows
• Lead nurture campaigns
• Email campaigns
• Lead scoring models
• Audience segments
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows
• Strong understanding of:
• Email marketing
• Marketing operations
• CRM workflows
• Email deliverability
• Data management
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and strong execution skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours

Requirements

• HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho CRM (Nice to Have)
• Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or growth marketing (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with:
• Multi-touch attribution
• Revenue Operations (RevOps)
• Marketing analytics
• Funnel optimization
• Experience using Zapier, APIs, or third-party integrations (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (Nice to Have)
