Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on execution role focused on:

• email automation
• nurture workflows
• lead scoring
• CRM automation
• campaign performance
• marketing and sales alignment

You’ll work across platforms such as:

• HubSpot
• Marketo
• Pardot
• ActiveCampaign
• Klaviyo

This is not a passive campaign coordination role. You’ll actively design, build, test, and optimize automation systems that directly impact:

• MQL generation
• lead conversion
• sales pipeline
• revenue attribution

Qualifications

• Strong systems and process-oriented mindset
• Comfortable building automation workflows independently

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with:
• HubSpot
• Marketo
• Pardot
• ActiveCampaign
• Klaviyo
• or similar marketing automation platforms
• Experience building:
• workflows
• lead scoring systems
• nurture sequences
• automated campaigns
• Strong understanding of:
• CRM systems
• marketing funnels
• lead attribution
• automation logic
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Understanding of:
• email compliance
• data privacy regulations
• deliverability best practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong written English communication
• Comfortable working independently in remote environments
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously
