[Hiring] Marketing Automation Manager (Lifecycle & AI Enablement) @Libertex Group

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong AI-first mindset. This role is about doing classic lifecycle marketing (activation, conversion, retention, monetization) - but executing it faster and smarter using AI tooling.

• Own and execute conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
• Write high-quality copy adapted to different lifecycle stages and user segments
• Build and maintain automated customer journeys and behavioral triggers (activation, engagement, reactivation, promo flows)
• Run continuous A/B tests (messages, formats, mechanics, timing)
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance using product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Build small services, scripts, or automations (e.g. alerts, data processing, campaign triggers)
• Connect external data sources and services via APIs
• Integrate outputs into CRM/CDP

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing
• Experience working with: Claude Code / Cursor / n8n / Make / Lovable / MCP
• Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Solid experience with A/B testing
• Hands-on experience with automation / CRM platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar)
• Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
• Experience with in-app communication: push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, modals
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale
