Role Description
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for design, understands what makes content engaging, and can bring ideas to life quickly and consistently. You do not need 5+ years of experience. You do need taste, initiative, attention to detail, and a portfolio that shows you can create good content.
What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation
-
Help own and grow our social presence across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Create social posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos, captions, hooks, and campaign content.

Develop fresh ideas for parent and student-facing content.
-
Turn education topics into content that feels clear, engaging, and visually strong.
-
Track what performs well and improve content based on results.

Webinar Decks & Visual Campaign Assets
-
Create and polish webinar slide decks.
-
Support ebook, guide, flyer, landing page, and ad asset creation.
-
Create simple campaign visuals in Canva or similar tools.
-
Adapt content for different markets and audiences.
-
Ensure assets are clear, polished, on-brand, and easy to understand.

Campaign & Community Support
-
Support marketing campaigns across Rise and BDSA, especially where content, social, and community engagement come together.
-
Create content for student stories, testimonials, case studies, and parent-facing education topics.
-
Help build community-style content around student growth, admissions, skills development, and early profile building.
-
Repurpose long-form content into social posts, short videos, carousels, and email/landing page content.

Work with the marketing team, strategists, designers, and performance teams to deliver campaigns on time.
Qualifications

Genuinely enjoy creating content.

Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.

Understand social media beyond just posting regularly.

Ability to turn a rough idea into a polished asset quickly.

Like testing hooks, formats, angles, and messaging.

Care about education, students, self-development, or admissions.
-
Organized and can manage multiple small projects at once.
-
Take feedback well and improve quickly.
-
Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Do not need to be micromanaged to get things done.
Requirements

Strong visual eye and good design taste.

Experience creating social media content, especially Instagram posts, reels, carousels, or short-form video.

Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, headlines, and short-form copy.

Ability to create polished slide decks and campaign assets.
-
Comfortable using Canva, Google Slides, or similar design/content tools.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
Good time management and ability to deliver on deadlines.
-
Comfortable receiving feedback and making quick revisions.
-
Strong communication skills in a remote team.
Nice to Have
-
Experience in education, admissions, tutoring, personal development, or student-facing brands.

Experience creating webinar decks, ebooks, or lead-gen assets.

Basic understanding of paid social, email marketing, landing pages, or campaign funnels.

Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or short-form video editing.

Experience with Webflow, Marketo, ChatGPT, or simple AI content tools.

Understanding of private school, boarding school, or university admissions audiences.
