Role Description
The Marketing Associate is a hands-on position that executes email and SMS programs, as well as other day-to-day activities to drive ecommerce success for our brand partners. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized and excited to learn about ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer packaged goods.

Manage email and SMS production, coordinating promotional codes.

Build, conduct QA on, and send emails.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand partners.

Coordinate website development projects using a ticket submission tool.

QA of new and upgraded websites.

Contribute to brand partner meetings.

Execute billing for fees.
-
Gain expertise in using Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, GA4, and data analysis.
Qualifications

3+ years of work experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing related role.

Hands-on experience producing emails from start to finish.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.

Exceptional attention to detail and well-organized.

Basic HTML coding and Canva skills (Photoshop licenses not provided).

Desire to learn about Digital Marketing and ecommerce.

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.

Requirements

Manage start-to-finish production of emails and SMS messages.

Coordinate email newsletter asset gathering and performance analysis.

Handle QA of email newsletters from brand partners or internal team members.

Generate promotional codes for newsletters or store sites.
-
Set up, test, and manage automated email and SMS flows.

Attend and provide input during external brand partner meetings.
-
Manage select partner web development projects.
-
Assist with monthly billing information for select Partners.

Analyze data from GA4 and other sources.

Benchmark against best practices for email production.

Assist with the QA of brand ecommerce site content and functionality.

Build effective, collaborative internal relationships.

Maintain curiosity and build knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing.
Measures of Success

Maintain the email/SMS communication board and manage timely launch of error-free emails.

Collaborate with teammates and partners to build high performing email newsletters.

Deliver billing on time without mistakes.

Assist in the QA and launch of new and updated Partner stores.

Understand all aspects of job responsibilities and proactively perform those duties.

Expected Compensation Range
Annual compensation is approximately $55,000 - $70,000. Additionally, you will receive competitive benefits and incentives.
