Role Description
Comagine Health is seeking a versatile Marketing and Communications Strategist to support federal- and state-funded health care contracts and grants, as well as selected corporate and internal communications activities. This hands-on role combines communications planning, marketing activities, content development, and project coordination. The strategist will independently support smaller projects and collaborate with senior strategists and MarCom leadership on larger initiatives.

Develop communications and outreach strategies that identify audiences, messages, channels, tactics, and calls to action.

Establish communications infrastructure for new initiatives, including websites, provider portals, branding standards, templates, and workflows.

Write and edit newsletters, website content, educational resources, onboarding materials, one-pagers, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and other print and digital content.

Ensure materials follow corporate standards, brand guidelines, and design best practices.

Maintain department workspaces and workflows in SharePoint, Asana, and Google Workspace.

Coordinate multiple assignments, contributors, deadlines, and approvals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, health education, or a related field.

At least five years of relevant experience in communications, health care marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, health education, or a related area.

Experience developing communications or outreach strategies and related content.

Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to make complex information clear and accessible.

Experience creating content for multiple print and digital channels.

Strong organization, collaboration, judgment, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements

Experience in health care, public health, human services, or another mission-driven field.

Experience supporting government contracts, grants, or partner-based initiatives.

Experience communicating with health care professionals, consumers, caregivers, or community partners.

Experience developing websites, newsletters, email campaigns, templates, or partner outreach materials.

Familiarity with SharePoint, Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and content management or email marketing platforms.
