Role Description
We invite you to apply for the position of Marketing and Client Experience Director at Legacy Tree. This position reports directly to the CEO as part of our company operations team, and directs our marketing, sales, and project management teams.
Qualifications

Passionate about serving clients and team members.

At least five years of management experience in a leadership or operations role.

At least three years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Hands-on experience developing affiliate marketing relationships and a knack for identifying undiscovered sales channels.

Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.

Solution-oriented when it comes to problems and can tackle them in creative ways.

Detail-oriented, self-starting mindset required to thrive in a remote team.

Comfortable with software and continue learning as new tools become available.

Familiar with the resources, methodologies, and nuances of genealogy research, or excited by the idea of getting familiar with them.

A quiet place to work without distractions.
Requirements

Understand and improve the client experience from their first interaction with Legacy Tree to the completion of our time with them.

Supervise team managers, helping them grow the company, resolve issues, and hire and fire as needed.

Direct marketing strategies, monitor campaign costs, and ensure marketing effectiveness and optimal return on ad spend.

Monitor sales, reorders, and lead conversion rates; adjust international pricing as needed; and oversee key initiatives.

Occasionally work directly with clients to intimately understand sales and project management processes.

Be an integral part of our director team, helping to set policy, make company decisions, and manage budgets.

Run and attend meetings and hold others accountable for tasks and deadlines.

Travel about 1-3 times per year to contribute to company sales events and retreats.

Lead other strategic initiatives as opportunities and needs arise.
