Role Description
At Polaris, we’re on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy Marketing and Acquisitions Assistant to join our world-class team. Your mission:

Be the driving force behind the marketing engine of an established, fast-growing company.

Manage the daily execution of CRM, funnels, social media, and content systems.
-
Directly help scale client acquisition, multiply impact, and buy back the Founder’s time.
Your role responsibilities:

GoHighLevel CRM Setup and Management
-
Confident with sub-account setup: domain, email, SMS, and branding.
-
Skilled in building funnels (lead magnet & VSL funnels) and opportunity dashboards.

Experienced in workflow creation, list segmentation, and automated email campaigns.

Social Media Management
-
Able to edit and repurpose content using tools such as Canva, Descript, and CapCut.

Proficient in managing posts, DMs, and outbound engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (Youtube and X experience preferred but not mandatory).

Capable of tracking content performance metrics and reporting growth.

Design & Creative Execution
-
Strong aesthetic sense for visuals, branding, and messaging consistency.

Able to design graphics and repurpose long-form content into short-form content.

Maintains an organized library of branded templates and campaign assets.

Marketing & Ads Performance Tracking
-
Setup and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.

Able to log and track CPL, CTR, and conversion metrics in performance dashboards.

Comfortable identifying optimization opportunities based on weekly campaign data.

Prospecting & Pipeline Management

Confident with cold outreach, DM scripts, and booking appointments.

Manages pipeline hygiene, lead tagging, and follow-ups in GHL & spreadsheets.

Supports sales velocity by ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years in virtual work experience (agency background highly preferred but not mandatory).

Great English and communication skills - both written and spoken.

Self-starter with attention to detail, systems thinking, and a can-do attitude.

Ability to handle challenging deadlines with strong time and project management skills.

Proven experience using GoHighLevel at agency and sub-account levels.

Familiarity with email list hygiene, tagging, segmenting, and campaign scheduling.

Proficiency in graphic and video editing tools: Canva, CapCut, Descript.

Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages (YT and X a bonus).

Strong grasp of Meta Ads, Pixel setup, UTM tracking, and analytics dashboards.

Confident with outreach, DM management, follow-ups, and booking calls.
Requirements

Hourly rate starting from 4 USD / hour.

Eligibility to earn quarterly bonuses of 800 USD or more per year.

Work Schedule

Full-time position. 8 hours per day. Monday to Friday.
