Role Description
This role involves supporting marketing efforts through data entry and document redesign.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the transition of old documents to new branding by updating text, images, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to ensure all materials are technically sound and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Acrobat; experience with graphic design is a plus.
- Must have a flexible schedule and can commit to at least 20 hours per week for 8 to 10 weeks.
- You are authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, data entry, or administrative support
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- You are willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
