Role Description

The HPF Market Segment Manager position is accountable for the strategic development, tactical execution, coordination, and support of the Sherwin-Williams High Performance Flooring Vertical in USCA, activities across the HPF Segment and profitably growing Sherwin-Williams’ share of the flooring coatings market by effectively aligning resources with opportunities.

This is a remote position and will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time. The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US near a major airport.

• Contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value.
• Access may be supervised or unsupervised.
• A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation.
• Necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic development skills.
• Experience in tactical execution and coordination.
• Proven ability to grow market share in the flooring coatings market.
