- Own Facebook campaign execution, including budget pacing, optimization, and strategy development.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reporting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and structured readouts for key tests (i.e. creative themes, holidays).
- Partner with the product managers, product marketers and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities.
- Seamless triangulate between MMM, MTA and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy.
- Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics.
- Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Product Marketing, to develop and execute a testing strategy and roadmap across measurement, creative, and in-platform optimizations.
- Manage the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies as well as in-house creative teams.
- Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas and measurement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams on projects to help us grow.
- Continuously build business relationships across functional teams.
Qualifications
- Facebook Ads Manager experience required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility in e-commerce marketing and owning a budget required
- Relevant client-side experience
- Experience owning an annual performance budget in the 8-figures
- Deep experience in marketing measurement
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
