Role Description
We are seeking a Manager, Paid Search to join our growing team. This role will lead and scale high-performing Shopping (PLA) and Text Ad campaigns across Google and emerging search platforms, with a strong focus on feed optimization, testing, and ecommerce growth. In this role, you will drive performance, scalability, and innovation across paid search programs, helping accelerate customer acquisition and support the companyโs continued growth.

Play a crucial role in Quinceโs growth story managing one of the biggest channels which has grown 400% YoY and continued growth potential.

Support the end-to-end Paid Search strategy across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads, driving performance, scalability, and innovation across Google and emerging engines such as Bing and Brave.
Qualifications

5+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on product listing ads.

Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization.

Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation.

Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures.

Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment.

Expertise in implementing measures to improve Quality scores, CTRโs and managing large portfolio of cross category keywords.

Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads.

In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices.

Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.

Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with ease.

Test, Learn and Scale mindset.

Strong proficiency in Google sheets/Excel.

Experience with Google Ads scripts.
Requirements

Experience with visualization & analytical tools like Looker and SQL.

Experience with tools like SA360, SKAI or Marin.

Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.

Experience with international search programs.

Background in ecommerce or marketplace environments.

Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., GMC rules, supplemental feeds, third-party tools).

Understanding of merchandising, inventory, and margin-driven bidding strategies.
Benefits
-
Pay Range: $115,000 - $140,000.

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.

Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
