Role Description
The Manager, Field Marketing (Events & Activations) will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across local markets through high-impact events and experiences. This role is responsible for planning and executing consumer, industry, and internal events that support client acquisition, provider recruiting, and brand building across 60+ clinics.
This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by creating seamless, elevated experiences. They will partner cross-functionally across marketing, category, recruiting, and clinic teams to deliver events that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Location & Schedule: This position will be remote, with an East Coast location preferred. The ability to travel approximately 20% as needed will be required. Availability outside of standard business hours will also be required to support events when necessary.
What You Will Do

Own end-to-end execution of events and activations:

Plan and execute consumer events, industry conferences, internal meetings across key markets, and company-wide events

Bring campaigns to life in-market:

Execute events and activations as part of broader marketing campaigns and partnerships

Manage local market activations:

Partner with clinic teams to support in-market events that drive client acquisition and engagement

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders:

Align with marketing, recruiting, operations, and clinic teams on goals, timelines, and execution

Develop resources for field teams:

Own the creation of field marketing playbooks that span local events, networking and local partnership activations.

Manage event logistics and vendors:

Oversee venues, catering, travel, production, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences

Develop and track project plans:

Build timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure flawless execution across multiple concurrent events

Own event budgets and tracking:

Manage spend, process invoices, and optimize for cost efficiency and impact

Measure performance and impact:

Track attendance, engagement, and key outcomes and provide insights to inform future activations
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required

2-4 years of experience in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, or related roles

Experience within the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or luxury consumer space preferred

Experience executing events across multiple markets or locations preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

High attention to detail and strong ownership over execution quality

Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets

Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time) and support events outside of standard business hours as needed

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 110,000
