Role Description

As Engagement Marketing Manager at Imagine Pediatrics you will partner with our Vice President, Patient Engagement to design and execute a direct-to-patient and direct-to-provider marketing strategy that enables and supports patient enrollment. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about building effective, impactful campaigns and driving automation and scale as the business grows. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner effectively cross-functionally, with Patient Engagement & Network Development teams, to understand needs, challenges, and areas where marketing can support.
  • Collaborate with Vice President, Patient Engagement to:
    • Build & execute multi-channel engagement marketing campaigns that include SMS, email, direct mail, and addressable advertising.
    • Develop & execute a social media strategy.
    • Perform consumer research.
    • Lead content creation efforts for patient and provider audiences, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, SMS messages, and other marketing materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
    • Support with selection of marketing technology and vendors, including a marketing automation platform, customer data platform, and/or call tracking platform.
    • Develop and maintain marketing performance data & reporting; regularly report out on campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to synthesize data, identify trends/opportunities, and report out appropriately.
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal; ability to comfortably report up to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • The role offers a base salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
