Role Description

As a Manager, Digital Marketing Technology, you will lead the team responsible for supporting, evolving, and scaling Impact Marketing, the client self-service marketing platform from Fiserv used by more than 2,000 users across more than 1,000 financial institutions. You will help ensure the platform continues to deliver an effective, scalable client experience while identifying opportunities to improve its technology, processes, capabilities, and supporting resources.

Success in this role requires someone who understands both what users see and what happens behind the scenes to make the experience work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience across digital marketing, marketing technology, web development, marketing operations, platform management, creative technology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS, including the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and guide web-based development.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies sufficient to evaluate technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and partner effectively with developers.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, or related design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create or refine digital design work when needed, with strong visual judgment across layout, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, brand consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience with Asana or a comparable project management platform.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching, developing, delegating work to, and providing direction to technical or marketing professionals.
• Experience working with content management systems, marketing platforms, web platforms, or similarly configurable digital technology.
• Understanding APIs, SQL, web browsers, digital accessibility, email development, or related web technologies.
• Experience partnering with Vendors/creative agencies and technical development teams through the complete creative-to-production lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills with experience balancing multiple simultaneous technical and marketing initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Design, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Experience translating creative concepts or business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail across technical functionality, creative execution, content, and quality assurance.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, constructively challenging existing processes, and building alignment around change.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft environment.
