Role Description
LeafLink is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will execute against our content strategy; bringing our voice to life, shaping our narrative, and helping position LeafLink as a leading authority in the cannabis industry.

Responsible for creating high-impact content and marketing assets that support campaigns, product initiatives, and go-to-market efforts.

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure messaging clearly communicates the value of our marketplace and solutions.

Translate complex product capabilities and industry dynamics into compelling, accessible content that resonates with operators across the cannabis ecosystem.

Ideal for a strong writer and executor who can take direction, run with it, and consistently deliver high-quality content that drives engagement and business impact.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

4-6+ years of product or content marketing experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience creating content for B2B and/or SaaS companies strongly preferred

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail
Responsibilities

Execute against LeafLinkβs content strategy across channels, including blog, email, web, campaigns, sales collateral, webinar, and video.

Create high-quality, engaging content including thought leadership pieces, industry insights, case studies, guides, and editorial content.

Write and develop campaign copy across channels, including email, landing pages, paid media, and other campaign assets.

Partner with the Product team to translate product features and updates into clear, compelling, benefit-driven content.

Support go-to-market initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Collaborate with Sales to develop impactful sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and customer stories.

Work with Growth and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life through strong messaging and creative execution.

Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content touchpoints.

Monitor content performance and incorporate feedback to continuously improve output.

Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to inform content development.
Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 USD
