Role Description
The Local Restaurant Marketing Coordinator East will action approved projects with a high level of detail, efficiency, and organization. Reporting to the Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) Manager, this role will be responsible for the management and execution of approved Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives and location-specific information.

Lead approved campaign execution with the support of the LRM Manager.

Identify opportunities to tell engaging stories, improve current processes, and drive sales in diverse regions across Canada.

Ensure workbacks are maintained with transparency and up-to-date communication.

Execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional marketing teams (i.e. Email, Social, Website, Digital, Menus) and agencies.

Maintain proactive workback schedules and provide copy and creative input across approved LRM campaigns.

Collaborate with key stakeholders internally (brand leaders, GM’s, RMs, Director of Operations & Franchisees).

Work in partnership with external agencies, vendors, and key partners.

Support the effective rollout and in-location adoption of Regional LRM Activations.

Coordinate the deliverables of approved, location-based campaigns (Custom & Hyperlocal).

Ensure accurate location-based information is displayed on all digital channels for Eastern Canada locations.

Support the creation of succinct reports with key marketing data points (campaign results, conversion rates, etc.).

Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedure documents to optimize future processes, campaigns, and strategies.

Develop custom LRM strategies and activations that benefit the specific needs of Eastern Canada locations and regions.

Maintain the approved LRM Budget with respect to Regional and Hyperlocal activations.

Execute administrative budget management needs, with guidance from the LRM Manager.

Work directly with Vendors, Operations, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure invoicing processes and payments remain organized and timely.

Support the local implementation and success of Denny’s (Brand) Marketing, Bar One, and TOD Campaigns as needed.

Regularly visit East Coast (Ontario & Atlantic Canada) Denny’s Canada Locations.

Audit location-based campaign adoption and local marketing best practices.

Offer new ideas to ensure relevance and top-of-mind awareness of the Brand.
Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant field, regional or brand marketing, or communications experience.

Familiarity with various Digital ad platforms & WordPress (website builder).

Incredibly organized and able to manage multiple projects with changing timelines.

Highly collaborative and enjoy fostering relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Ability to analyze and leverage data for continuous improvement.

Process-oriented and comfortable developing optimized procedures.
