Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Local SEO Specialist. The Local SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving our clients’ visibility in local search results, driving qualified traffic, and increasing conversions through proven local SEO strategies.

• Optimizing Google Business Profiles
• Managing local citations
• Conducting local keyword research
• Implementing on-page and technical SEO improvements
• Monitoring performance through analytics tools
• Collaborating with content, outreach, and web development teams
• Participating in client calls to align SEO efforts with business goals and provide performance insights

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of local SEO ranking factors and Google Business Profile optimization
• Experience with citation building, NAP consistency, and local directory management
• Proficiency in using SEO tools
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and local schema markup
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines in a remote environment
• Familiarity with content optimization and local link-building strategies
• Background in digital marketing or SEO with a focus on local search

Requirements

• Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• A minimum of 7 working hours must be within the 9 AM–5 PM EST
