Role Description
You will join the Botan team to build a high-quality backlink profile and scale our presence in the most competitive global markets (US & Tier-1). Youβll have the resources, budget, and freedom to experiment and establish a link-building process that sets the gold standard for the industry.

Implementation of Linkbuilding Strategy:
Executing the roadmap in alignment with the product's SEO goals.

Full-cycle Outreach:
From identifying high-quality prospects and analyzing metrics to final placement (guest posting, link insertion, PR mentions).

Resource Management:
Working with vendors, platforms, and establishing direct communication with webmasters.

Content & Quality Control:
Preparing briefs for copywriters, managing anchor lists, and verifying every placed link.

Reporting:
Maintaining a plan-vs-actual log, controlling budgets, and proposing new acquisition channels.
Qualifications

1+ year of experience in link building/outreach.

Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Google Sheets, Hunter/Snov.io.

Analytical Approach: Understanding donor quality metrics beyond just DR (traffic trends, relevance, spam score).

SEO Foundations: Basic knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO and anchor text strategies.

English Intermediate+: Strong written skills for high-stakes negotiations and deal-closing.

Ownership: Ability to drive the process from search to placement independently.
Requirements

Experience with US/UK/CA markets would be a plus.

Proven track record of scaling (successful cases of 40+ high-quality links per month).
