Role Description

The primary focus of this position is lead generation and digital marketing. You will help develop and execute strategies to generate qualified franchise sales leads and real estate listing leads. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys researching, testing new ideas, working with technology, and finding creative ways to reach potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies for franchise sales and real estate listing opportunities.
• Utilize AI workflows to automate systems.
• Research and identify potential prospects and new sources of leads.
• Develop and manage digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead funnels.
• Assist with SEO, AEO, social media, email marketing, and paid digital advertising.
• Use AI tools to improve prospect research, content creation, targeting, qualification, and marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and lead-generation activities.
• Test new strategies and continuously improve what works.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in lead generation, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence.
• Creative and analytical approach to finding new opportunities.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Ads, SEO/AEO, social media marketing, CRM platforms, email marketing, analytics, Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar technologies.

Compensation

This is a salaried position with the opportunity for unlimited income potential from commission on sales. The commission structure will be further discussed with the successful candidate.
