[Hiring] Launch Manager @Entreprenista

Role Description

The Launch Manager is the operational hub of the marketing department, connecting every team that touches a launch or a campaign. This person owns the email marketing operations and lifecycle engine end to end, including the strategy behind it, such as:

• Ideas and testing that push open rates, compliance, click-through rates, and conversion rates up.
• Decisions on what to build, what to test, and what to fix.

They keep the marketing calendar, run every marketing launch project to completion, build and manage email campaigns and automations, load and launch funnels and promotions, maintain reporting, ensure proper T&Cs, and keep the tech stack clean and connected. Success is defined by:

• Marketing runs on time.
• Numbers are accurate and current.
• Revenue grows against clear KPIs.
• Leadership no longer has to chase status or step in to keep things moving.

Qualifications

• A track record of owning marketing operations or project management in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Technical and systems-minded.
• Data-obsessed with a strong focus on metrics and reporting.
• Strong, resourceful problem solver.
• Fast mover with excellent communication skills.
• Current on the latest AI tools for speed and efficiency.
