Role Description

As our Concept Manager for Bosch Modules, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Budget Planning: Take charge of budget management to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Business Development: Craft and execute business plans that propel our marketing initiatives forward.
Creative Advertising & Promotion: Design and implement captivating advertising campaigns that resonate with our customers.
Engaging Customer Presentations: Showcase our value offerings in compelling presentations that win hearts and minds.
Value Offer Creation: Develop and enhance our portfolio of marketing elements to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Sales Enablement: Equip our sales team with all the tools and assets they need to shine at the customer level.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address any challenges that arise.
Administrative Excellence: Manage essential administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

3-5 years in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
An outgoing, energetic character who thrives in a team environment.
A knack for thinking outside the box and overcoming challenges.
A strong ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional results.
Ideally, you have experience in the automotive aftermarket sector.
You love working in international teams and value diverse perspectives.
Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
