Role Description

Financial Europeans is seeking a sharp, persuasive, and highly adaptable Italian Speaking Influencer Manager to join our remote team. Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian is required; an additional EU language (e.g., German, Greek, Swedish etc.) is a strong plus.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills – you know how to gain trust, shape decisions, and move things forward.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable – you thrive in a changing environment and adopt tools quickly.
• Hands-on experience with Notion and comfort working with CRM systems like HubSpot.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and independent work ethic.

Requirements

• Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients and influencers by understanding their real needs, even the unspoken ones.
• Oversee campaign progress from pitch to delivery, ensuring results are achieved and clients are satisfied.
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new ideas, angles, and creators — before anyone even asks.
• Work closely with influencers, clients, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
