Role Description

As an IT Business Analyst for Communications and Enablement, you will build and optimize communications for the organization to ensure seamless operations and information dissemination across the IT organization and the ministry. Every day you will:

• Manage communication requests.
• Update web content for relevant messaging.
• Review and edit communication materials by request.
• Create and enhance presentation decks for the team.
• Implement new communication channels that will enhance the operation of the IT organization.

To be successful, you must have:

• Strong grammar and storytelling skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• A solid understanding of IT.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to maintain efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborate with teams to implement communication requests, determining the best ways to execute communication plans with an "email last" and problem-solving focus.
• Manage website and content to ensure active sharing of critical information for the organization, enabling teams to move forward with agility.
• Facilitate content reviews with a keen eye for all impacted stakeholders as appropriate.
• Transform business needs into clearly defined communication points as succinctly as possible, ensuring a thorough understanding of information.
• Ensure communications are timely for stakeholders, taking all communication channel efforts into consideration.
• Create and maintain an active project list, ensuring that critical activities are implemented in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Communications or Web Management.
• 3 - 4 years of experience as a communications specialist or analyst.
• Experience in marketing and storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
