[Hiring] International Retention Manager @Natulim

Role Description

At Natulim, we improve classic cleaning products. We create waste-free products that are practical to use and made with ingredients that are good for both your skin and the planet. Our flagship product is a laundry detergent in the form of biodegradable strips that dissolve in the washing machine.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong ability to learn quickly, and a willingness to develop new skills. You will be responsible for maximizing customer retention, LTV, and repeat purchases across Natulim’s European international markets through advanced Email Marketing strategies, using data, automation, and continuous testing to directly drive revenue.

• Design, execute, and optimize email retention strategies.
• Manage the campaign calendar.
• Build and improve automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, repeat purchase, winback, churn prevention, cross-sell, and upsell.
• Segment audiences based on purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle, and RFM.
• Analyze key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Email, LTV, and Retention Rate.
• Run A/B tests on copy, subject lines, creatives, timing, and segmentation.
• Work closely with e-commerce, paid media, CX, and product teams to ensure a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
• Maintain list health, including deliverability, spam, opt-ins, and sunsetting.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data and DTC benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, focused on e-commerce / DTC.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Strong data-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
• Highly hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Solid knowledge of DTC funnels, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention.
• Ability to work across multiple brands or accounts, ideally within an agency or brand group.
• Intermediate/advanced copywriting skills focused on conversion.
• Experience collaborating with creative and design teams.
• Intermediate/advanced English (desirable, but not mandatory).
