Role Description
As the International Performance Marketing Manager at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy.
- Leverage analytical prowess and execution mindset to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across international markets.
- Focus on driving customer acquisition, improving key performance metrics, and ensuring campaigns are localized and compliant with regional nuances.
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and emerging channels in international markets.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Performance Marketing to translate strategic growth objectives into tactical execution plans.
- Continuously analyze, test, and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Work closely with creative, brand, analytics, and regional teams to ensure cohesive and localized marketing efforts.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and audience segmentation to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, privacy laws, and cultural sensitivities in all markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong track record of scaling affiliate programs and managing partner relationships.
- Deep understanding of affiliate networks, platforms, and compliance regulations.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics and budget management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
