[Hiring] Integrated Marketing and Automation Manager @Justrite Safety Group

Role Description

The Integrated Marketing & Automation Manager is a dynamic role charged with driving campaigns in email, SMS/RCS, social, and other channels targeted at lead generation, revenue retention, loyalty, and other strategic objectives. This role reports into the VP, Ecommerce and will work closely with the VP, Corporate Marketing.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:

• Develop compelling campaigns driving lead generation leveraging email/SMS/social platforms.
• Collaborate with BU marketing managers and channel marketing to bring together content from across BUs into those campaigns.
• Develop trigger-based campaigns to drive loyalty and repeat purchase behavior.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to bring together content, context, and strategy to drive those campaigns.
• Support the implementation, tracking, and performance measurement of paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring proper campaign tagging, audience segmentation, and reporting.
• Maximize database effectiveness through lead segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Leverage marketing automation & CRM strategies to generate brand stickiness and loyalty that creates higher lifetime customer value.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to continuously track performance, inform strategic decisions, and uncover new growth opportunities through scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
• Oversee the implementation/configuration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with systems such as Salesforce and eCommerce platforms like Magento.
• Lead the integration of marketing automation platforms to enhance data synchronization, automate workflows, and improve overall customer experience.
• Partner with the VP, Corporate Marketing to activate brand building campaigns and initiatives across digital platforms.
• Partner with channel marketing, product managers, marketing managers, and eCommerce team members to create programs, promotions, and campaigns that result in owned property sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a leader in digital marketing with a focus on email, SMS/RCS, and social media.
• 5+ years of experience creating, implementing, and running large scale campaigns.
• Database management experience with an enterprise level marketing automation platform (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, etc.).

Additional Qualifications

• Understanding of and experience in implementing tracking & tagging mechanisms across digital platforms.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90-110k. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
