[Hiring] Influencer & Social Media Manager @Little Pixies

Role Description

We’re looking for a talented Influencer & Social Media Manager to join our creative team. In this role, you will take ownership of our influencer marketing and social media strategies, managing partnerships with creators while building and growing our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
• Skilled at building organized processes for influencer outreach, content scheduling, and tracking.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, analytics, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns or collaborating with performance marketing teams (bonus).

Requirements

• A Master Relationship Builder: Skilled at identifying, pitching, and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with content creators from micro-influencers to established talent.
• A Social Media Strategist: Know how to plan and post content that engages, converts, and builds brand loyalty.
• A Strategic Negotiator: Confident in managing contracts, setting deliverables, and negotiating deals that ensure maximum ROI while maintaining authentic brand partnerships.
• An Excellent Communicator: Able to communicate clearly and authentically with influencers, your team, and your audience while maintaining consistency in brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, contact, and onboard influencers who align with Little Pixies’ brand and audience.
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute content plans, manage calendars, write captions, and optimize posts for engagement and growth.
• Process & Systems Design: Create workflows for influencer outreach, content approvals, campaign tracking, and reporting.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create efficient workflows for outreach, approvals, and performance tracking; report on KPIs and campaign results.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and new collaboration opportunities.
• Clear Communication: Keep internal teams informed and aligned on campaign progress and results.
