[Hiring] Influencer Marketing Manager @Paired

Role Description

Our client is a growing U.S.-based health and wellness supplements brand focused on building its presence through creator-led marketing and user-generated content (UGC). They are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and manage a network of creators, develop creator partnerships, and grow affiliate-driven content and sales. This role is focused on managing creators and creator relationships rather than personally creating content.

• Source and identify relevant creators and UGC creators within the health, wellness, fitness, supplements, and lifestyle space.
• Conduct creator outreach across email, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels to build a strong creator pipeline.
• Manage creator relationships from initial outreach through onboarding, briefing, content delivery, and ongoing collaboration.
• Develop and manage creator gifting and UGC campaigns, ensuring creators receive clear briefs and deliver content aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain an affiliate creator network, identifying opportunities to turn high-performing creators into long-term brand partners.
• Track creator outreach, responses, content submissions, affiliate activity, and campaign performance.
• Monitor creator and campaign performance to identify high-performing partners and opportunities for further collaboration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously improve creator selection, outreach strategies, campaign briefs, and partnership processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, affiliate marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience sourcing and conducting outreach to creators and influencers, preferably at scale.
• Experience managing creators throughout the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and onboarding through content delivery and performance tracking.
• Previous experience working with health, wellness, supplements, fitness, beauty, or other DTC consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Experience with UGC creator campaigns and understanding of what makes creator content effective for paid and organic social.
• Experience building or managing an affiliate creator network is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant creator/affiliate ecosystems.
