Search for and engage relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with business goals

Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end: from outreach and launch to performance analysis and optimization

Create briefs, scripts, and campaign concepts together with Creative and Growth teams

Coordinate content production processes, including UGC sourcing, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and brand ambassadors
-
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies based on business objectives and performance insights
-
Track campaign performance, lead generation, and content effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations
-
Manage budgets, creator payments, contracts, and usage rights documentation
-
Collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure content relevance and performance impact
Qualifications
-
At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Operations, Marketing, or other communication-focused roles aimed at covering business needs

Hands-on experience working with the LatAm market
-
Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with measurable business results

Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (B2+)

Ability to manage content production processes from idea to final delivery

Strategic mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills

Experience working with tools such as HypeAuditor, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or similar platforms

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and partnerships simultaneously
Requirements

User Acquisition background with understanding of UA strategies and performance-driven marketing approaches

Experience working with mobile apps, including web-to-app or web-to-web conversion flows

Hands-on experience with tools such as Modash, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or similar solutions
