Role Description
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end influencer and creator program. You will combine AI-powered outreach at scale with personalized relationship management, oversee the affiliate network via Superfiliate, activate campaigns through third-party platforms, and collaborate with performance marketing to amplify high-performing content. This role is high-visibility, high-ownership, and offers direct access to the founding team. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, highly organized, and excels in building and scaling creator programs in fast-paced environments.
Your Impact

Build and scale the creator affiliate engine to drive measurable revenue.

Expand outreach from dozens to hundreds or even thousands of activations across nano to macro-tier creators.

Bridge organic content with paid amplification through Spark Ads, whitelisting, and other paid partnerships.

Own all KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize program economics.

Strengthen long-term relationships with creators and ensure the brand remains a trusted partner.
Core Responsibilities

Superfiliate Affiliate Program β Build & Scale β 25%

Own and grow the creator affiliate program end-to-end.

Recruit, onboard, and activate creators across all tiers.

Design commission structures, tiered incentives, and seeding strategies.

Manage landing pages, tracking, and payout workflows.
-
Iterate program structure to maximize engagement and revenue.

High-Volume Creator Outreach β 25%

Build and manage AI-powered outreach systems for creator recruitment.

Maintain brand voice and personal connection across communications.
-
Handle all creator communications: inquiries, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management.

Develop outreach templates, sequences, and automation workflows balancing efficiency and warmth.

Third-Party Platform & Agency Management β 20%

Manage relationships with JoinBrands, Insense, and similar platforms.
-
Brief, launch, and oversee campaigns with external partners.

Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.

Evaluate and onboard new platforms as needed.

Paid Amplification of Organic Content β 15%

Partner with performance marketing to identify content for whitelisting and Spark Ads.

Ensure usage rights, creator permissions, and platform compliance.

Contribute to creative strategy by analyzing top-performing content formats and hooks.

Tracking, Analysis & Optimization β 15%

Monitor program KPIs: activations, engagement, affiliate revenue, CPA, ROAS.

Use data to refine creator selection, outreach strategy, content briefs, and incentives.

Build reporting workflows and present updates to leadership.
Qualifications

3β5+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with measurable outcomes.
-
Proven success managing affiliate or ambassador programs.
-
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems.
-
Experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and paid content amplification.
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and program performance.

High-agency, proactive, and ambitious.
-
Experience with TikTok Shop and running affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop.
