YDay - Linqia is hiring a remote Influencer Marketing Coordinator. 💸 Salary: unspecified 📍Location: PST (UTC-8)

Role Description

We’re hiring detail-oriented, digital-savvy Talent Coordinators to join Linqia’s growing Creator Team. This role supports the execution of creator campaigns by managing creator sourcing, creator outreach, and initial negotiations.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with Talent Partners and Campaign Strategists to identify the right creators across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll take the lead on researching, contacting, and onboarding creators, while conducting light brand safety vetting and ensuring campaign alignment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is excited to be an integral part of our mission to match creators with top global brands.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Outreach
    • Review campaign briefs and internal sourcing plans to identify the right creators
    • Conduct creator discovery using platforms like Resonate and influencer databases
    • Execute creator outreach using pre-approved templates; manage follow-ups and negotiations
    • Populate internal workbooks and platforms (e.g., Resonate) with qualified talent
    • Analyze gaps in creator tiering, vertical, and audience to optimize sourcing
    • Support supplemental sourcing efforts as needed throughout the campaign cycle
  • Campaign Setup & Coordination
    • Set up campaign infrastructure, including Resonate campaigns, creator surveys, email templates, and workbooks
    • Track and manage outreach status and documentation in real time
    • Coordinate internal handoffs and sourcing trackers with Talent Partners for feedback
    • Escalate complex negotiations or high-priority creator conversations to the Talent Partner
    • Support internal gut check reviews by preparing complete talent lists and sourcing context
  • Vetting & Moderation
    • Conduct initial pre-vetting of creators (brand safety flags, alignment checks)
    • Document rationale for vetting decisions and apply appropriate risk tags

Qualifications

  • 0–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, digital media, or a related field or demonstrated interest and knowledge of the creator landscape
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), including how creators show up authentically on their feeds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly flag risks, push back when needed, and escalate challenges early
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex criteria and brand guidelines
  • Reliable internet connection and availability to work PST-aligned hours

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently source high-quality creators aligned with campaign strategy and creative direction
  • You move quickly and efficiently across multiple campaigns, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
  • You proactively flag risks, inventory gaps, or creator challenges early to your Talent Partner
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with creators, supporting negotiations and driving alignment
  • You maintain clean, accurate sourcing documentation to support internal reviews
  • You take initiative in troubleshooting sourcing or tiering challenges and propose solutions
  • You collaborate closely with your Talent Partner pod and stay accountable to feedback loops
  • You stay effective in ambiguous or evolving situations, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and maintaining momentum
  • You demonstrate strong negotiation instincts (or build them quickly), balancing creator needs with campaign goals to drive alignment
