[Hiring] Influencer Manager @ahead GmbH

Role Description

To lead the growth of ahead in France, we are looking for an Influencer Manager to build, activate, and scale our French creator network across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Creator Sourcing and Outreach: Build and own our French creator pipeline, identifying nano, micro, and mid-tier creators while spotting new trends and emerging talents.
• Relationship Management: Run outreach and follow-ups with creators, agencies, and managers, building long-term relationships and negotiating collaborations.
• Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from briefing to publication, coordinating timelines, reviewing content quality, and keeping teams in sync.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs daily, maintain a clean database and reporting dashboard, and suggest improvements based on data.
• Market Intelligence: Follow French social media trends and competitor activity closely, bringing local insights back to the team.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or growth marketing.
• Experience with the French market is mandatory.
• Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube as a professional.
• Confident with KPIs that matter: reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, promo code revenue, ROI.
• Native or fully fluent French; professional English required.
• Proactive, resilient, and energetic with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and the full campaign coordination cycle.
• Good creative judgment and understanding of French cultural codes.
