Role Description

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and people-savvy Influencer Coordinator to support influencer campaigns and ambassador programs across our client portfolio. You'll be in the mix on everything, including:

• Scouting talent and managing communities
• Keeping projects on track
• Ensuring reporting tells the right story

This is a fully remote role reporting directly to our Vice President of Influencer Strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the intersection of culture and sport, and have a knack for keeping a dozen plates spinning without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 (+ bonus). Actual salary will vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing complex projects or programs
• Fluency in: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, Monday.com (or comparable PM tool), and AI tools like ChatGPT
• Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or ambassador program management is a strong plus
• Background in fitness, running, outdoor, or wellness industries is even better
